1. Guarantee Coverage

Kindred Diamonds Inc. ("We", "Us", "Our") stands behind the exceptional quality of our jewelry. We guarantee that all of our jewelry is free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This Lifetime Jewelry Guarantee is solely extended to the original purchaser ("You", "Your") of Kindred Diamonds Inc. jewelry ("Product").

2. Defects and Service

A. Definition of a Manufacturing Defect A manufacturing defect exists if the Product was found to have a flaw that occurred during the manufacturing process. Common indicators of manufacturing defects include:

  • Loose or misaligned diamonds or gemstones due to improper setting.
  • Weak or faulty clasps or closures.
  • Incorrect metal composition.

B. Guarantee Service Should Your Product have a manufacturing defect, Kindred Diamonds commits to:

  • Repair the defective Product without charge.
  • Replace the defective Product if it is deemed unrepairable, with a piece of equal or greater value.

3. Guarantee Limitations

A. Exclusions This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damages incurred due to accidents, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
  • Normal wear and tear or aging (e.g., scratches, wearing down of metal).
  • Loss of the Product or any of its components.
  • Damages related to services performed by any party other than Kindred Diamonds.
  • Theft or loss of gemstones or diamonds after purchase.

B. Maintaining Guarantee Validity To maintain the validity of this guarantee, You are encouraged to have Your Product inspected every twelve (12) months. If any service is performed on the Product by an unauthorized party, this guarantee becomes null and void.

4. Guarantee Claim Process

To make a claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Kindred Diamonds Inc. at help@kindreddiamonds.com to obtain a Guarantee Service Authorization (GSA) number.
  • Securely package Your Product, including proof of purchase and a brief note describing the issue and any specific incidents that led to the claim.
  • Ship the Product to the address provided by Kindred Diamonds Inc..

5. Miscellaneous

A. Transferability This Lifetime Jewelry Guarantee is non-transferable and is not applicable to second-hand purchases or purchases from unauthorized retailers.

B. Modification of Guarantee Kindred Diamonds Inc. reserves the right to modify this guarantee at any time, without prior notice. However, any changes will not retroactively alter the terms for previously purchased Products.

C. Law and Venue This guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kindred Diamonds is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

D. Your Acknowledgement By purchasing a Product from Kindred Diamonds Inc., You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Lifetime Jewelry Guarantee.
